We will complete a client intake process at the beginning of your first appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can make the most of your massage time.
You’re welcome to undress to whatever level of comfort suits you best. I’ll ensure that you’re securely and appropriately draped throughout the massage session. I’ll be using a hypoallergenic lotion-oil blend on your skin for the massage.
In general, a massage should not be painful. My goal is to provide you with a relaxing and therapeutic experience. During the session, I will use a combination of techniques tailored to your specific needs. It’s important to communicate with me throughout the massage. If you ever feel any discomfort or if the pressure is too much or too little, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Your comfort is a top priority, and I will adjust my techniques accordingly to ensure you have a positive and enjoyable massage experience.

My cancellation policy requires that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a planned session.
